This is my ultimate favourite Spring flower:

for over a year now, i have been wanting to adorn my place with magnolia branches...

since then, i have researched high and low about these flowering plant species- which is named after a French  botanist...

it seems like magnolias are a popular symbol of love of nature, and have become a sure sign of femininity!
