° our Thanksviging celebration this year was punctuated with the presence of friends. good food. excellent wine. and a chef-inspired menu: a roasted thyme organic chicken with pears. a homemade cranberry sauce. roasted parsnips and carrots as a sidedish. along with an apple pie with vanilla pecan ice cream. it. was. just. divine!
