# 18: nuit bleue.rose rouge.lin rayé

° to break free from my weekly breakfast routine, i opted for this scrumptious banana bread recipe found on site of The Joy of Baking... with minor changes, of course, in the ingredients. it was oh so moist and full of flavor! ° yesterday i went on an inspirational photoshoot hunt in Strasbourg... and came up with this image. to me, it epitomizes the essence of effortless and chic style that most French women seem to grasp and have in common! ° when i first started getting into the sewing-crafting-decorating-stationnary mania, my childhood experience- with a seamstress mother- brought me to lean more toward this emblematic brand to make my creations come to life... ° ...so, the making of linen pillow cases and shams were the very first project i've realised on my own with this sewing machine this past week. next step: a complete bedding set!!! ° as of Friday, April 29, 2011 the world has come to know of the Royals: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. welcome to the social and political World scene! ° when i lived in the United States, i would be sure to send Mother's and Father's Day whishes on the first week of May and June whereas in the French tradition, these celebrations are done at the end of those months ;-) ° this is the full view from the deuxieme étage (France) or on the third floor (USA) of our apartment, at night. ° um, need i say more?
