Photoshoot: des légumes à la cocotte! A few weeks ago, I was not quite sure what to prepare for dinner one night then the idea came to have a superbe superposition of autumn vegetables- that I had brought back from the Place Kléber-Broglie marché- in small cocottes. To realize your own, you'll roughly need (cut in medium-to-small slices) one layer of sweet potatoes, one layer of homemade tomatoe sause, one layer of parsnips, one layer of spinach, one layer of zucchini. All of that sprinkled with Herbes de Provence and a dash of extra-virgin olive oil...and voilà!
