Photoshoot: Le printemps dans les Vosges! Over the past few weeks, let's say at the beginning of springtime, we have been spending some time in the family garden preparing the soil, cutting the bushes, watering the lawn, planting seeds such as tomatoes & leeks, green beans & carrots, buttersquash & eggplant, thyme & lavender...all in preparation for summer and fall harvests in fruits, vegetables & herbal spices that will be enjoyed over the course of these coming months. This fall, we will be looking forward to countless dinners with soups and vegetable dishes. Towards the end of summer, I'll be using the lavender leaves to scent the homemade soaps that will be enjoyed all throughout the year. This is an avant-gout of the low-key life that we spend on weekends amongst family and (very) close friends. J'adore!
