Thus far, I have encountered a numerous amount of people from all walks of life and nationalities in the Caribbean, North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Europe either through teaching in the USA and France or throughout my travels. Today, the focus will be on the very life that I am living at the moment, Alsace- the North East region of France. It is regal. It is modern. It is delicious!
