Lately I have come to the understanding that life can be viewed as an onion, full of layers, or like a snake that sheds its skin each year to be 'reborn'. It seems like we all die a little to relive each morning as to have a second chance at living or for many several opportunities to do something the space and time given yet, some of us have life shortened before it has begun.
In those circumstances we certainly wonder about the things worth fighting for...and we wander a bit. A close friend once uttered these words to me: 'Johanne, it is OK to experience your emotions in order to get through...' Whether feeling sad, joyous or simply luckewarm during the course of lifetime, I will attempt to comprehend the origin of such feelings in order to love the life I have and those who are part of it.
"The show must go on" as the Americans would often say. Another chapter of life has turned leading the way to new adventures, new points of view and a new space in time to fill it with...whatever. This 2010 year will offer you and I this opportunity to look at the world differently, to question ourselves and to live. I wish you the best in your pursuit of...love...life.
