Cartes Postales... old style

Each person at some point in life has become aware of the powerful yet subtle sense of style that he or she exudes. It sends a message. It influences another's point of view toward your person. It can also be use as a creative tool for pure pleasure. Being 'a la mode' is not as simple as a task as it often appears. A strong or flirty or classic sense of 'la mode' can be innate; trasnmitted from one parent to a child; most of all, it can be created reagardless of one's budget, inclination, sex and body type or shape. The essential is to carve your own because fashion is your ally. I have been stunned by the choice of fashion of several women and men over the centuries. To name just a few, Audrey Hepburn, Chanel, Michelle Obama, Rachel Weisz, Anne Hathaway, Keira Knighley, Ziyi Zhang, Stacy London, Will Smith, Daniel Craig... As for my own message-sending-through-style (indulge me in my word-making here) it is classicly modern. This has been an evolution from my observation and study of French people's effortless fashion with a twist of American expertise on wearing it with ease.
