° in the streets of Strasbourg, it is not uncommon to have street signs in French and German.
° for all the foodies out there, i would like to share a new technique of using a courgette or zucchini in your pizzas or veggie tarts. i layer my meatless pizza in the following fashion: sprinkle some Herbes de Provence on the bottom of the dough. one layer of grated Comté cheese. one layer of cherry tomatoes cut in halves. one layer of cheese... and +drumroll, please+ the piece of resistance: thinly sliced zucchini!
