+ last sunday we attented the annual "Salon des Vignerons Indépendants" in Strasbourg...
+ ...where- instead of getting the regular wines & such- i opted for discovering new honey flavors and cacao powder!
+ one of my favorite vegetables to mesh well with any salmon feast is
fennel... try it, it is oh so delicate!
+ it is only when i stepped foot in Europe that i've been truly introduced to the joy of fine chocolate!
